Youth (9–13 years)

Our Youth Jiu-Jitsu programme is designed to support children as they transition into adolescence, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and independence through the practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In a supportive and inclusive environment, students continue building on strong fundamentals while progressively developing technical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt and solve problems. As their understanding grows, they are encouraged to take greater ownership of their learning, building confidence through competence and steady progression.

This stage of development is about more than learning martial arts. Our coaching helps young people develop discipline, perseverance, respect, and self-awareness while fostering positive relationships with their coaches and teammates. Whether students are looking to challenge themselves, build meaningful friendships, or continue developing their skills, our Youth Jiu-Jitsu classes provide a welcoming community where they can grow in confidence, embrace new challenges, and develop skills that will benefit them both on and off the mats.
